A Letter of Protection is an agreement between Loop Medical Center, you, and your attorney that treatment fees will be paid from your settlement or verdict. You receive care now and pay nothing until the case resolves.
Is Workers’ Compensation different from a Personal Injury case?
Yes, but we handle both. Workers’ Compensation covers on-the-job injuries coordinated through your employer’s insurer. Personal Injury cases typically involve auto accidents and are resolved through a lawsuit or settlement. The treatment process at Loop is the same for both.
